Tumbling in the Riptide

Tumbling in the Riptide

Dear Community,

My Stream was scheduled for Memorial Day morning in Asheville. A new moon, a new beginning. I had arrived that Friday afternoon to meet and greet the Holomovement Wave, familiar faces from Ibiza, and the Illuminate Film Festival in Santa Barbara, with open arms and open hearts. We started immediately to swim with the current, bringing me to this awareness of being thrown in the riptide. It came and grabbed me, throwing me around in its waves, tumbling, washing away past pain and fractures, arising without warning. It takes so much encouragement to be stripped free of bandages that no longer exist, yet have their own dialogue of importance to limit. Therefore, we trust and surrender, to reward and resolve.

Sitting in alignment with established, trusting friendships, partnerships, relationships, we celebrated the abundance in music, in chanting. Each instrument: violin, trumpet, keyboards, didgeridoo, and tabla, drumming the beat to move our own instruments: body, heart, and soul in a light so bright to accompany you into your service with dignity, integrity, kindness, and compassion. We dance this dance together. Endlessly, limitlessly onward. No resistance. Breathe. Be. Alive and well. Let your radiant body settle into beauty, into bounty, meeting bliss.

What we do prior to these conferences and gatherings in community is the guidance from the opposite of the blind leading the blind, i.e. total awareness leading to awakening. And it’s risky like the riptide. Yet, above water, we observe the effect from the Naad (sound current) into the unknotting. All this as hugs are being given and received, and conscious conversations are opening us up to ask each other, simply, what are you bringing to the altar, and how can we assist each other?

Paring away of competition, the resolve to live in a coherent community has been activated and possibilities can only change words like business into sacred commerce. New prescriptions delivering constant conscious conversation. These supportive workshops in Carbondale, Colorado will generate, organize, deliver and destroy anything in our way. Which continue at True Nature Healing Arts into the Healer’s Circle at the beloved StarHouse on Fathers day to reunite with the divine masculine in gratitude, appreciation, and necessity of this interwoven connection with the divine feminine. Incredibly aligned to journey down to New Mexico and deepen the conversation with the wisdom of the Sikh teachings and Guru Granth Sahib and the morning Sadhana, sleeping under the stars on Ram Das Puri and finally to offer yet another workshop to play with the prana once again. To sit quietly and breathe together in completion, leading towards the celebration of solstice.

I am honored to teach with 3HO. What drew them to me was the quality of understanding grief, trauma, and recovery and how we use different types of breathing techniques to heal! I welcome you all to join me in all four of these events. Each a stepping stone, a layer of the essential foundational building of a new planet, the nurturing of the Mother Earth and the welcoming of your gift. From my hearth to your heart in gratitude, with so much love.
