Humanity Stream+ Interactive Instructor Spotlight

“Seeing With the Eyes of Compassion”

Humanity Stream+ bi-weekly interactive Q&A program where our beloved community has the opportunity to speak with our Stream+ instructors directly – getting answers to any questions they may have and participating in active and engaged learning intended to ignite and inspire!

Our guest this week is Karuna. Bringing her own unique brand of compassion, enthusiasm, and pure joy to every Kundalini Yoga practice, she offers private, one-on-one teachings designed for each individual, holds weekend intensives on varying themes including rebirthings, relationships, women’s issues, practicing non-violence, understanding grief, and mastering challenges, and leads special events and retreats all over the world. Additionally, Karuna practices in the healing arts, which includes a nutritional background in line with Ayurvedic diet and energetic healings in ceremonial and ritual cleansings initiated by the Lakota tradition.

True to her spiritual name, which means “compassion,” Karuna helps her students from all walks of life push beyond self-imposed limits. Her classes are filled with humor, music, and the spirit of transformation.

Karuna will be highlighting her numerous Humanity Stream+ courses, including “Healing Grief – Getting the Body Out of Distress,” “Awakening the Ten Bodies,” “3 Minute Meditations,” and “81 Facets of Mind.” Each of these courses stress the importance of returning to our deep Nature and teach us how to safely begin to explore, heal, and grow using the practices provided.

This is your opportunity to engage with Karuna as you ask questions and learn from those being asked by fellow community members. Our host Charissa Sims will lead us in an interactive and fun event for all — don’t miss your chance to participate in a truly transformative hour of compassion and connection!
