Dear Friend,

The time is now, now is the time, to step back, and move forward as we stay aware each moment of our day. We need not become analytical at the end of our day before rest. Our brain can diffuse as we go about our actions consciously throughout each interaction so it needs no attention later.

J. Krishnamurti defines it in a way that a thought stops an action. In Yoga we thrive on action and in meditation we lean on No-thing. Which at times wants itself to be told what to do. Can we ask you to be still for just 3 minutes a day, thoughtless? Noting your subconscious patterns throughout with only observation? Then journaling, starting to take command of this temple called You!

Subtle it is, letting the YOU come through might just be the moment we all have been praying for with patience, listening. You will feel a deeper sleep pattern, no dreams, and waking state pretty awe inspiring! Let creativity shine, be brave and courageous, keep up it takes a little time to adjust. The invitation awaits for your RSVP.

Light to All,
Karuna
