The idea is not to sell meditation to you, or religion, or anything, people don’t want problems. A problem doesn’t come to you because you want to be miserable or because you try to make mistakes or anything. In life, the problem comes when you do not have the courage to face the problem. Just remember, there is no problem in a human’s life that cannot be solved by a human herself. Every cause has an effect-thats the law of Science. Cause has an effect, and effect must have a cause. That’s the law, it can never change. But in the game of cause and effect, sometimes our fuse is off, sometimes we are off, sometimes our attitude is off. Blame it on anything. But in simple English, we lack commitment at that moment. At that moment, you lack commitment to penetrate with the psyche, to break through the crisis confronting you. It’s the law of cause and effect. It’s not the law of religion, it’s not the law of God; it’s the law of human happiness. How can we be happy? Is there happiness without commitment? The answer is no.

There are seven steps to happiness: You commit, you get character, and from that you gain dignity; when you have self-dignity, you’re radiant; you will become rich with opportunities; and after that you go another step. From that dignity, you get divinity. What is divinity, by the way? When you don’t have duality, you have divinity. Normally you say, “maybe this, maybe that”; but when you don’t have this duality, you have divinity. Then from that divinity, you have grace. Grace brings you happiness, sources, opportunities, and understanding.

We want to cleanse this system. We are not here to become great yogis and make all kinds of claims. But we do want to clean the system, and we want to shape up our nerves. Find those handicaps right now.

We will go through 31 deeper studies to do just this heal, find what the definition of LOVE means to live in Communities and work with each other in higher frequencies of group consciousness.

By aligning, adjusting, using yoga and meditations and gong therapy we will find a way through every block and we will experience ourselves fully. The most healing power is your word hands. Mudras pull energy, mantras open voice activators to fix neurons in the brain and bring balance the hemispheres. The fun is about you returning to your innocence and allowing this series to transport you into your happy and healthy home inside of you, so that you shine so brightly you return to your authentic self towards loving-kindness, generosity, and abundance.
