The Awakening of the Ten Bodies

Most of us experience ourselves primarily through the physical body and the thinking mind. The Ten Bodies teachings invite us into a much fuller understanding of who we are: one Physical Body, three Mental Bodies, and six Energy Bodies, each contributing distinct capacities to the wholeness of our being.

In this experiential journey, Karuna guides you through the Ten Bodies as a living system—from the Soul Body and the Negative, Positive, and Neutral Minds through the Physical Body, Arcline, Aura, Pranic Body, Subtle Body, and Radiant Body. Through Kundalini Yoga, breath, meditation, movement, mantra, reflection, and direct experience, you begin to recognize how each Body expresses when supported, where imbalance may appear, and how the Bodies continually influence one another.

Rather than treating the Ten Bodies as fixed labels, the practice invites you to become more aware of the physical, mental, energetic, intuitive, and spiritual dimensions already moving within you. As that awareness deepens, you can begin to meet life with greater balance, discernment, vitality, subtlety, courage, and coherence.

The work is not about becoming someone different. It is about learning to recognize, strengthen, and integrate the capacities that are already part of you—so the whole system can work together with greater clarity and presence.
