In this episode, Caroline Ashley, also known as Karuna, shares her profound experiences as a Kundalini Yoga practitioner and spiritual guide. While training, she studied Hinduism and Buddhism in India for seven years. She also studied with the Medicine Men of the Lakota Sioux healing tradition. She began her career as a Ford model before transitioning into yoga and spirituality. A classically trained actress and lifelong learner, she has dedicated over 40 years to Kundalini Yoga and meditation. As a mother, teacher, and healer, Karuna has led yoga teacher training programs and retreats globally, combining her expertise in yoga, acting, and holistic healing.
